The MIG Registry is a collaborative effort among 7 public hospitals in Melbourne and Geelong.  Data on all cases of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) performed in these hospitals are collected and entered onto a central database for outcome results, quality assurance and clinical research.  Established in 2003, the registry now contains over 4,500 PCI cases, and is actively collecting follow-up outcome data in these patients to 12 months.  The database is managed by the CCRE Therapeutics at the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine,  Monash University, based at the Alfred Hospital campus.
